A Google event will not restore

Leave the event under Hidden from Pivot and use the displayed retry action. If Reconnect Google Calendar appears, select it, complete Google’s permission flow, and retry the restore.

If Google reconnects immediately but the problem continues, remove Pivot Shift from your Google Account’s third-party connections and reconnect from Pivot Shift. This prompts Google to issue fresh durable access.

A Google connection error disappears after refresh

A page refresh can reload a working short-lived access credential, but it does not always repair the durable refresh credential needed for later background requests. Use Reconnect Google Calendar when Pivot Shift offers it.

Imported events are missing

Check that the source is enabled, the calendar date range includes the events, and the import results reported saved events. Open the day detail and check Hidden from Pivot. For a subscription, confirm that the remote feed still contains the events.

An event time or workload total is wrong

Review the source category, time zone, all-day setting, overnight handling, and Include in fatigue calculations option. For roster imports, update the shift-code mapping and recheck the preview.

A duplicate was skipped

The import wizard skips detected duplicates unless you explicitly select them for replacement during duplicate review.

A subscribed calendar has not updated

External calendar apps decide when to refresh subscribed feeds. Wait for that app’s next refresh or use its manual refresh control. If you regenerated the Pivot Shift link, replace the old URL in the calendar app.

Billing has not updated

Return from the billing portal and refresh Pivot Shift. If access still does not match the completed Stripe transaction, contact support.
