Settings is the control centre for your account and calendar setup.

Sources

Create, rename, colour, enable, disable, or manage your work and life sources. Source choices affect the calendar and workload calculations.

Calendar preferences

Choose the default seven-day or fortnight view and adjust available display preferences.

Connections and imports

Manage Google Calendar access, ICS subscriptions, roster profiles, and other import-related settings. Reconnect Google here when Pivot Shift shows a connection action.

Calendar subscription

Copy or regenerate your private Pivot Shift calendar feed URL. Regenerating invalidates the old link.

Billing

Review your plan or select Manage subscription to update billing through Stripe’s secure portal.

Invitations and referrals

Open Invite colleagues to copy your referral link, send a limited number of email invitations, and review which referred accounts have joined. See Invitations and Referrals.

Before changing settings

If a setting affects a source or connection, check the calendar after saving. For external calendars, remember that Pivot Shift’s settings change the Pivot view; they do not edit the source calendar.
